An Alternative
Many women who want to choose life for their children may face poverty, homelessness or abandonment. In these cases, abortion can appear to be their only possible option.  The Gabriel Network exists to offer these women hope and the assurance that bringing their children into this world is just as possible. Through the programs outlined below, we proclaim to women and to the broader culture, "Nothing is Impossible with God." (Luke 1:37)

Angel Friends
The Angel Friend program is the foundation of The Gabriel Network. It allows women in local communities to come alongside pregnant mothers and provide practical, emotional and spiritual support. Angel Friends develop Christ-centered relationships with our moms through selfless giving, ensuring our ministry’s ability to reach beyond a client’s pregnancy.

Housing
Conflict surrounding a crisis pregnancy can often leave a woman homeless or on the verge of homelessness.  Our Mobile Crisis Response Team can meet with women and their families to help avert homelessness.  When homelessness is certain, our four transitional maternity homes provide a loving environment where a woman can be at peace, adopt a healthy lifestyle,prioritize her life, safely introduce her child to this world and get on a path towards self-sufficiency. Our Emergency Shelter Fund enables us to place women and their families in immediate, short term housing.

New Moms Health Training
Training in pre-natal and post-natal health is essential for our clients to embrace motherhood confidently.  With expertise and sensitivity in dealing with vulnerable pregnant women, we are able to create tailored programs that maximize impact among this population.

Transportation
Transportation needs change for anyone who has a child. With so much upheaval in their lives, our clients are often not able to account for these changes.  Local Gabriel Network volunteers are able to provide clients with transportation to doctor's appointments, social services, the grocery store, etc.  This service is invaluable to our clients who may not have access to public transportation.

Educational & Professional Development
The Gabriel Network helps many client-moms attain their educational goals, whether that's obtaining their GED, continuing their college degree or pursuing a trade at a technical institution. Through The Gabriel Network’s ASPIRE scholarship program, we are able to help provide expenses that could keep a woman from attending school, from tuition and books to software and even childcare.  

A Complete Gift
We desire all interaction with our clients to take the shape of Angel Friendship. By doing so, we can clearly demonstrate the love of Jesus who, "emptied himself, taking the form of a slave" (Philippians 2:7). God has provided for The Gabriel Network for over 12 years through the selfless generosity of donors, volunteers and staff. We are confident that through the continued giving of our community, this work will endure and bear fruit in the lives of the women and children we serve.
